A Brief History of K'BAM
K'Bam, though long in the making, did not solidify until May of 2004. It was a calm and beautiful night as the the four friends, Maria, Ben, Adam and Kim, packed for an adventure that would change their lives... forever.
By the time they had gathered in the Sanders Physics lecture hall close to three cases of beer had been collected. Carefully arranged and poorly hidden under jackets, blankets and bags the young seniors left the beer unprotected while they proceeded to the roof and commenced the festivities.
In keeping with most K'Bam festivities the main focus of discussion was sex. Sex and making fun of others. Sometimes making fun of others about sex. But more often than not, making fun of others while wanting sex. They divulged their sexual and malicious tendancies while perched rather precariously on the roof of Sanders Physics. As the beer continued to flow, the conversation got more and more rowdy.
Just as things were beginning to pick up they heard it. The sound of heavy booted footsteps. A hush fell over the group and they listened. Just as they thought the threat had passed a bright beam of light pierced through their close-knit circle. It was indeed their worst fear, security had found them.
Leaving as many of the beer bottles as possible on the roof the group slowly climbed down to meet their fate. Luckily, this small group of physics nerds was the least of security's worries. With a warning and a sharp look they were free to go.
As they turned to leave, heading back to Kim's car they rememberd the beer. None of them were willing to leave such a stash and the two boys went in to retrieve it, leaving Kim and Maria to fend off security for as long as they could. But security would not leave. They stayed, lurking around the car, discussing meal options and other frivolous information. After chatting it up with security for quite some time suspiciously near the trunk of Kim's car, Maria went in to relieve the boys.
Somewhat grudgingly the beer was stashed, rather cleverly in the secret... MAJOR'S LOCKERS. The four friends, waving goodbye to security proceeded back to the Terrace Apartments where they hatched a plan. A plan that shall be known from then on as...

Kappa sat in the car, hidden by the darkness and the trees behind Olmstead, while the others stealthily made their way toward Sanders Physics on the reconnaissance mission of the year. Sneaking quietly into the building carefully eluding the numerous security officers, Alpha, Beta and Marmet retrieved the alcohol and cunningly brought it back to the car. As soon as the goods were carefully stashed the operatives quickly jumped into the getaway car, it peeled out, tires chirping as they left that place forever. Indeed the drinking continued, the stories continued but in a safer, less hostile environment. And so was born,
